Passing of W. Bro. Ray Snider

Raymond Merril "Ray" Snider- Peacefully, with family by his side at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital on Friday, July 27, 2018 at the age of 82. Cherished husband to Norma Snider (nee Card) of 61 years. Loving father to Linda Perry (Ken) of Napanee, Darrell Snider (Paula) of Amherstview, Randy Snider (Laurie) of Napanee, Murray Snider (Jackie) of Barrie and Joanne Winter (Steve) of Napanee. Sadly missed by his 8 grandchildren; Shawna, Justin, Mandy, Tessa, Curtis, Benny, Drew and Ellie and 3 great grandchildren Paige, Thomas and Harlyn. Dear brother of late Robert Snider (Beryl) of Kingston, late Alma Whidden (Earl) of Havelock, late Floyd Snider (Wilma) of Westport and Ken Snider (late June) of Belleville. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at the Wartman Funeral Home - Napanee Chapel on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. A Masonic Memorial Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. A private family interment will take place in Newburgh Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made in Ray's memory to the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society by cheque or credit card would be appreciated by the family.
